General
Steelers ~AT&T~ Gameday Fantasy Football (the "Contest") is a free to enter, on-line football game. This Contest is a game of skill designed to test one's ability to predict the performance of various football players and teams in competition with other entrants. From all eligible entries received, winners will be determined based on their ability to use their skill and knowledge of football teams and related rules to accumulate the most Points in accordance with the Scoring System as described below and these Official Rules. This Contest is provided solely for entertainment purposes and cannot be used in connection with any form of gambling.
Contest Period
For the purposes of this Contest, play shall coincide with the Pittsburgh Steelers ("Steelers") National Football League ("NFL") regular season schedule beginning Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012 at 12:00 am EDST and ending on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at 11:59 pm EDST. (the "Contest Period").
The Contest consists of accumulating Points (as described below) based on a comparison of the entrant's predictions of how individual football players and teams will perform in each given game and the official results. Each Pittsburgh Steelers game is a separate Entry Form. There are 16 Entry Forms - one for each game during the 2012 regular football season based upon the official league schedule.
Contest Sponsors and Administration
This Contest is administered by Fantasy Sports Services Inc. ("FSS", "Contest Administrator") for and on behalf of the Pittsburgh Steelers LLC, 100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, 15221 (the "Steelers") and AT&T Mobility LLC, 1025 Lenox Park Blvd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30316 ("AT&T"), (Steelers and AT&T are referred to collectively herein as the "Contest Sponsors"). All decisions of the Contest Sponsors are final and binding in all matters as they relate to this Contest.
2. ELIGIBILITY
No Purchase Necessary.
The Contest is open to legal residents of the Continental United States only and the District of Columbia age 21 and over at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law or where licensing is required. Void in jurisdictions where prohibited. Employees and representatives of Fantasy Sports Services Inc., or either of the Contest Sponsors including their respective subsidiaries, sponsors, promotional agencies and members of the immediate families of such employees or representatives and persons with whom such employees and representatives are domiciled are not eligible for prizes. All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Go to: http://fssgames.com/gameday/steelers/login.php to register for a Fantasy Sports Services Username and Password ("Login ID") . Please make a note of your Login ID so you can return to the site to make your picks, view standings, rules and prize information, etc.
IMPORTANT: MAXIMUM ONE (1) Registration per Person and/or email address. Registrants with more than one account will be ineligible for prizes and may be disqualified at the discretion of the Contest Administrator and/or Contest Sponsors. Multiple accounts registered to the same IP Address may be subject to review for non-compliance.
Entry Form Deadlines
To be eligible to accumulate points ("Points") and appear in the standings ("Standings") for Steelers ~AT&T~ Gameday Fantasy Football you must submit your selections ("Picks") before the posted Entry Form Deadline. Only Entry Forms that are submitted and confirmed before the posted Entry Form Deadline will be accepted and count towards the Contest. The Entry Form Deadline is the approximate starting time of that given game (e.g., 1:00 p.m. ET) on that given day. Entry Forms will not be accepted after the Entry Form Deadline.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event that a game should start prior to the posted Entry Form Deadline, the Contest Administrator reserves the right to change such Entry Form Deadline to reflect the earlier start time by posting such change on the web site.
4. HOW TO PLAY
The objective of Steelers ~AT&T~ Gameday Fantasy Football is to accumulate the most number of Points based upon the contest Scoring System (see Scoring System below) and in accordance with these Official Rules.
Pick the one (1) player or team, in each Group, that you think will record the higher number in each of the ten (10) Positions (Five Offensive and Five Defensive) by clicking the radio button beside the name of the player/team you wish to select. The Offensive positions are: Quarterback (Team), Running Back, Receiver #1, Receiver #2 and Kicking (Team). The Defensive positions are: Defensive Line #1, Defensive Line #2, Linebacker, Defensive Back #1 and Defensive Back #2.
You can mix and match selections from either team (e.g., you can select the Steelers in all ten (10) categories or in five (5) categories and their Opponent in five (5) categories) in any combination adding up to ten (one pick in each Group).
For the purposes of Steelers ~AT&T~ Gameday Fantasy Football, when selecting a Quarterback Team or a Kicking Team you are selecting the combined totals of all players who accumulate statistics at that position for that team in that given game. After making your ten team picks, predict how many TOTAL COMBINED POINTS you think both teams will score in that given game. Your prediction will be used for tie-breaking purposes in the event that two or more Entrants are tied for a given prize. In the event that more than one contestant correctly predicts the same total combined points number, the winner will be selected by Contest Administrator and/or Contest Sponsors at random. In such event, the odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries with the same predicted total combined points. When you are satisfied with all of your Picks, click the submit button at the bottom of the Entry Form. If successful, you will be returned a confirmation page confirming your Picks. You will also receive a confirmation email IF you have enabled that option in your account settings (recommended). It is recommended that you save one or the other as a record of your Picks in the event of a discrepancy with the accuracy and/or timeliness of your submission. You may change your Picks as often as you wish prior to any given Entry Form Deadline but the final Picks you submit prior to the Entry Form Deadline will be considered your official Picks for that given game. Please Note: Once we post a Entry Form it is incumbent upon contest entrants to be aware of any roster changes, injuries or similar circumstances that may affect that teams' or a given player's performance in that particular game. The Contest Sponsors assume no responsibility for last-minute lineup changes or other events that could affect a team's performance or a player's availability in a given game.
IMPORTANT: in the event that a player included on a given Entry Form is traded, released, waived or otherwise no longer a member of the Steelers or their Opponent in that given week he will NOT be eligible to receive Fantasy Points in this Contest while playing for any other team in that given week. Such player will accumulate zero Fantasy Points in Steelers AT&T Gameday Fantasy Football .

Weekly Prizes
There will be THREE (3) winning entries per week based upon the most number of Points accumulated during that given Weekly Prize Period. Entries will be ranked from most number of Points to least. The eligible first, second and third place entries in the weekly standings shall qualify as the eligible prizewinners. The prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as the prize. All prize(s) will be awarded “as is”. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Overall Grand Prizes
There will be NINE (9) winning entries in the Overall Grand Prize Contest Period based upon the most number of Points accumulated from all contest weeks during the Overall Grand Prize Contest Period. Entries will be ranked from most number of Points to least. The eligible top nine entries in the final overall standings shall qualify as the eligible prizewinners.

BONUS CODE WINNERS
There will be one winner randomly selected from the pool of entries that were submitted by entering a bonus code on the game site. The bonus code is available only at participating AT&T retail locations in the Pittsburgh DMA through the scanning of a QR code. Data rates may apply. As an alternative means of entry, if the QR code cannot be scanned or if an entrant does not desire to use a smart phone with a QR code reader to obtain the bonus code, the entrant may telephone or visit any participating AT&T retail location in the Pittsburgh DMA to obtain the bonus code. The winner will be selected at the end of the Contest Period.
There will be four total bonus codes that can be entered at any point up to the final week in each quarter in accordance with the Schedule of Submission Deadlines:
1st Quarter – Games 1 thru 4
2nd Quarter - Games 5 thru 8
3rd Quarter - Games 9 thru 12
4th Quarter - Games 13 thru 16

Tiebreakers
Weekly Winner Tiebreaker
In the event that two or more entrants are tied for an individual game prize, tiebreakers will be used in the following order until all ties are broken:
1. The entrant who correctly predicts the total, combined score of both teams in that given game;
2. The entrant whose prediction is CLOSEST to the total, combined score of both teams in that given game;
3. The entrant whose prediction is CLOSEST to the total, combined score of both teams WITHOUT GOING OVER the total combined score in that given game;
4. The entrant whose original contest registration was submitted at the earliest date (and time, if applicable) as recorded in the official Contest user database entry log.
Overall Grand Prize Tiebreaker
In the event that two or more entrants are tied for the Overall Grand Prize at the conclusion of the Contest, tiebreakers will be used in the following order until all ties are broken:
1. The entrant who correctly predicts the total, combined score of both teams in Game #16;
2. The entrant whose prediction is CLOSEST to the total, combined score of both teams in Game #16;
3. The entrant whose prediction is CLOSEST to the total, combined score of both teams WITHOUT GOING OVER the total combined score in Game #16;
4. The entrant whose original contest registration was submitted at the earliest date (and time, if applicable) as recorded in the official Contest user database entry log.
Standings
Confirmation of Winners
Potential Winners of Weekly and Overall Grand Prizes
In respect of the Weekly Prize and the Overall Grand Prize, unofficial standings will be posted daily. The standings will list the top participants for the current Weekly Prize and the Overall Grand Prize. The unofficial final standings for each Weekly Prize Period will be posted at the conclusion of each individual game beginning on September 9, 2012. The unofficial final standings for the Grand Prize will be posted by 5:00 p.m. ET on the day after the completion of the 2012 NFL regular football season.
IMPORTANT: MAXIMUM ONE (1) Prize per Game per HOUSEHOLD and ONE (1) Overall Grand Prize per HOUSEHOLD. A "household" shall be defined as TWO or more Registrants occupying the same street address according to the information submitted in the Contest Registration system. In the event that two or more Registrants belonging to the same HOUSEHOLD qualify for an Overall Grand Prize then the highest-ranking, eligible Winner in that household shall be awarded an Overall Grand Prize.
7. Standings
Unofficial results will be posted on-line at: http://fssgames.com/gameday/steelers/login.php on the day after the conclusion of any given Entry Form and/or the Overall Contest Period ("Unofficial Results Date") and will become official one week ("Official Results Date") after such posting.
In the event there is a discrepancy please notify the Contest Administrator at the following e-mail address: gameshelp@fantasysports.ca within the one-week period. Otherwise, one week after the Unofficial Results Date the standings will become final and official at that time (the "Official Results Date").
The Contest Sponsors will attempt to contact the potential Contest prizewinners within seven (7) days (the "Winner Contact Period") after the applicable Official Results Date by e-mail or telephone. In the event that a potential Contest prize winner is disqualified from eligibility or cannot be contacted by the Contest Sponsors within the Winner Contact Period, the Contest Sponsors shall have the right to choose another potential Contest prize winner who has accumulated the next highest total number of Points, whom they shall attempt to contact, and who shall be subject to disqualification, in the same manner. The Contest Sponsors shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in connection with the disqualification of failure to contact a potential winner within the Winner Contact Period.
7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of the party submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered holder of the email account associated with the entry. All entries are subject to verification by the Contest Sponsors. Proof of sending entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. No substitutions or transfers of prizes will be allowed except for the Steelers' right to substitute prizes of equivalent or greater value in the event of circumstances beyond the Steelers' reasonable control.
In any dispute, the Contest Sponsors will decide the issue in a manner which, in its sole opinion, is the fairest to all parties concerned. All decisions by the Contest Sponsors and/or the Contest Administrator will be final and binding on all parties. By entering the Contest, players agree to abide by these rules. Any violation of the rules is cause for voiding a player's entry. The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant failing to comply with these contest rules.
The Contest Sponsors reserve the right to prohibit an individual from participating in the Contest or winning a prize, if, in their sole discretion, it is determined that the individual is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse or threaten or harass any other participants or persons. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Contest Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
The NFL, Players, Inc., the Contest Sponsors and any organization associated with (directly or indirectly) any of these entities (collectively, the "Releasees") are not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable telephone or network connections; traffic congestion in the Internet or website; failed, incomplete, misdirected, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or entries, or any other situation that may limit an individual's ability to participate in Steelers ~AT&T~ Gameday Fantasy Football. No liability or responsibility is assumed by the Releasees for any damage to property or injury to persons resulting from user's attempt to participate in the promotion or download any information in connection with participating in the promotion.
The Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend this Contest for any reason, including if a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Contest Sponsors threatens to corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest or if there are changes to the NFL 2012 regular season schedule. Entrants agree to hold the Releasees and each of their respective affiliates and agents, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with this Contest. Further, the Pittsburgh Steelers, NFL Players Inc., the NFL, its Member Clubs and each of their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, the "NFL Group") will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Contest or any prize awarded.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the Winners’ consent to Contest Sponsors’, Administrators’ and their agents’ use of such Winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotion purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Winners are responsible for all taxes on value of prizes including sales tax, and federal/state income tax.
Purchase or acceptance of a product offer does not improve your chances of winning.
Contest Sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of this Contest. Official Rules will be posted online at www.steelers.com.
The names of the winner(s) may be obtained within seven days following the end of Weekly Prize Period and within seven days following the end of the Overall Contest Prize Period by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Steelers ~AT&T~ Gameday Fantasy Football , Kathleen Wallace, Pittsburgh Steelers, 100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, 15221. Vermont residents may omit stamp. Requests for winner’s list must be received by January 31, 2013.
Except as provided in these Rules, all personal information obtained in this Contest will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the Contest. All materials submitted become the property of the Contest Sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged. Information collected in connection with this Contest will be used in accordance with the Steelers' Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the Steelers' Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, the Privacy Policy shall control and govern. By entering in the Contest, all entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information they have provided will be maintained on Contest Administrator's server and/or the servers of those responsible for maintaining the Contest web site and/or administering the Contest. Entrants also acknowledge and agree that, if they opt in to such use in their registration, the personal information that they provide in their registration may be kept and used, without further consent or compensation, for marketing and advertising purposes by the Steelers.

THIS CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED ONLY ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. THE PENNSYLVANIA COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THIS CONTEST AND THE INTERNAL SUBSTANTIVE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS PRINCIPLES, SHALL GOVERN THIS CONTEST. PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
